Organic Kashmir Mawal Powder is made out of crushed Cockscomb flower powder. Cockscomb is a flower that is used in a variety of cuisines and goes great with meat, poultry, and soup and is also great for garnishing over salads.

The famous Kashmiri dishes like Rogan Josh and Wazwaan are incomplete without Mawal. It is a great source of Protein, Vitamin A & C, Iron, and Calcium. Organic Kashmir Mawal's taste and texture are very similar to basil leaf or spinach. Also, its rich red colour is a great natural food colouring agent.
